Some Bad News and A Late Weightloss Wednesday Update
Hi guys, I'm typing this on a borrowed computer right now. Our house was robbed last week and I lost my computer and some other electronics. Worse, I lost all my photos and the novel I'd been writing off and on for about a year. (Yes, I realize I should have backed that up a long time ago.) Anyway, that is why I haven't been able to post anything. I will try to still post as much as I can and I should have a new computer before the new year.
Also, I missed my weightloss wednesday post so I'll quickly update you on that. I have lost five pounds so far, which I am very pleased with. I've still been spending lots of time in the gym, and I have now downloaded the Spark People app for my phone which is helping with the annoying factor of keeping track of food and exercise. I'd like to also stress for anyone who may be concerned, or for any one who wants to lose weight, I am doing this in a very very healthy way, eating very clean and exercising. I am counting calories, but that won't be forever. I would never want to encourage anyone to starve themselves or become obsessive about calories. Just so we're clear.
Lately I've been also checking out a lot of healthy eating and "fitspo" blogs. (If you have one let me know so i can follow you!) I really enjoy these. I'm only interested in the healthy ones though. A lot of them seem to overlap into Pro eating disorder blogs, or are too obsessed with being very thin. I do not read those and I don't condone them.
Here's one I really like: Caro Gets Fit .
So, that is my update for today. I'll do my best to keep up with posting and hopefully I'll have a computer soon.
